Especially when you're working with gemstones, people are into color, people are into sparkle, and I think SproutVideo captures that very well.
I really don't know what I would do without videos. It's a big investment...the last thing they want is to not like this ring.
What I find easiest about SproutVideo, it's playlists. I copy, I paste it, I send it to them, and they're like "wow, that's amazing. How did you give me like eight options in two minutes?" I'm like, "oh, it's a SproutVideo playlist."
As soon as I send them a Sprout video... "Oh my goodness, that is exactly what I imagined that ring to be. How do we get started?"
